Folks,

Remember, concerning people in the AFFECTED areas (St. Maartin, Virgin
Islands, Puerto Rico - wherever, ...), please DO NOT send health and
welfare traffic requests INTO those areas until a later time. People in the
affected areas have enough on their plates right now, they don't need to be
chasing down after individuals.

People in the affected area will send messages OUT of the area, they can't
handle incoming traffic right now.

In other words, to rephrase the song, 'Don't call us, we"ll call you."
