Hello again everyone,


It’s that wonderful time of year again when we start planning for the end
of the year hamfests.


This year, our hamfest will be better than all the ones before! We’re
having it at the SE Livestock Pavilion, in Ocala, Florida, on December 2,
2017. Please pass the word to your friends and fellow hams.


This year, we will be having a separate drawing for an IC-718 and only 400
tickets have been printed, so your odds of winning it are REALLY GOOD!



The doorprize will be a Yaesu FTM-3200DR Fusion, mobile radio and we will
have other doorprizes to give away as well. The tailgate section has
expanded and, this year, there won’t be any parking potholes to avoid!


Food service will be provided by *Southern Pig & Cattle Co. Smokehouse &
Grille,* (The best for a HAMfest!). *Some of the Hamfest committee tried
their cuisine and we can tell you, IT WAS DARN GOOD*!

We have a new Fusion repeater coming online soon, as well as K4GSO-R on
EchoLink. Talk-in is on 146.610 PL123 (-).
