Frank, 

FB using FLDIGI as a decoder.  Interesting observation regarding sending
speeds.  A lot of it depends on the callsign.  My call generally can be
picked out at 35-40 wpm because "dah dit" is easily recognizble.  I agree
that some of the DX stations send like they have had way too much coffee.
 One of the OM stations operating as CT9/OMxxx was particularly bad.  I
listened for a minute after working him to realize the spotted call was
wrong.
