[TVARC] ROS article

[Anthony Hackenberg]

Our thanks to Tom Grosvenor (NV1U) for pulling off a very successful "Radio
on the Square" (RoS) on Saturday (November 25, 2017).

Tom did a terrific job preparing for & leading this event.  His team of
volunteers made it a success and showcased our club.  Kudos to all involved!

By the way, check out the electronic newspaper article about RoS.  Thanks
