[TVARC] Field Day results

Hi folks,

We could have placed higher in score, but we were out after QSOs, not
points so
we didn't get the power multiplier. But we did get QSOs! (and that is what
we were
after anyway!)

Field Day is that one time of the year when members have an opportunity to
operate
a station and "run" rather than "search and pounce." (i.e. stations are
trying to get us
rather than we go looking for them) A KW into a beam works so much better
than
100 watts to a clandestine antenna!
