[TVARC] RI1ANO

[K2PS Pete Stafford]

While I continue to beat my head against the wall trying to (re)work VK9MA,
I did just now pick up RI1ANO in the South Shetlands, 40M CW 7033, up about
1.5.  No rush on this one, the poor guy is there until April, probably
because there's no ship to take him back to civilization.
