[TVARC] FT-8

Hey Earle. Its because the VA3 was calling CQ ASIA and wsjtx assumes the
first thing after the cq is a callsign,  which in this case BEGINS with AS
which falls in the Pakistan call group. Not entirely fool proof but
close... Have fun.
