[TVARC] CQ WW WPX SSB score summary for ND4G - Resent

There is a setting and I am not sure if it is global or for each individual….

But the parameter is something in the order of NOT sending a duplicate Email if someone is already uniquely addressed in the To:, or CC: fields.
