[TVARC] Propagation question

I’ve never heard that.  I know that on 6m we can experience both Es and F-layer concurrently, although it’s been a long time since the F-layer propagation got as high as 6m.

Ok I know somebody around here can help me out. I heard a guy on 20m this morning. He made a statement that 

"E clouds" that help 6m activity,  have had an adverse effect on the F layer that helps hf  propagation as of late. Their was quite a group in there and I didn't really get a solid answer if this could happen..

Something to ponder a bit...
