[TVARC] 2017 Camp Villages - Amateur Radio Event: Praise for Job Well Done By Event Chair & His Team

Hi Members of TVARC's Maillist (hosted by QSL.net via mailman.qth.net),

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Larry Russo (K3TFU, TVARC's
Event Chair for Camp Villages Amateur Radio) and his team of volunteers for
their outstanding efforts at this year's Camp Villages Amateur Radio. The
results of their efforts --- smiles on the children's faces & the kids'
enthusiasm --- were clearly present during all the activities (building
their AM radio kits, calling CQs & getting responses on the ham radio
stations, and earning their Morse Code certificates).

Larry and his team of volunteers deserve a hearty round of virtual
e-applause.  Ron Adcock (KK4YCW) said it best on yesterday's TVARC Ragchew
Net when he stated that this year's Camp Villages Amateur Radio was the
best ever in his 3 years of participating in this event.
