[TVARC] Winlink RMS gateway

I have noticed that W3HII-10 is not broadcasting a beacon on 145.030 MHz.
The RMS Gateway is apparently not available for connections (I have tried);
anyone know if the system is down? The official list on Winlink.org says
it's active....
