[TVARC] club station

I agree with all that a solid proposal for the Club Station is a priority.
In addition to serving the needs of the "contesting" community, some small
amount of workbench space would be valuable, IMHO. In this way, club
construction projects could be facilitated providing a major educational
benefit. A bench area equipped with a solder station and basic test
equipment would be great. I even have some test equipment that could be
donated.
As far as recurring costs are concerned, I would expect that insurance
costs for shared facility may be considerable. I some cases, either new or
additional lightning protection will be an expectation, especially when a
60 ft. tower is placed nearby.
