[TVARC] DX: Ecuador

You beat me to the announcement. Worked him at 2032 and then got a call from my son.
That station is having a hard time getting people to understand his special call. When I looked it up, it is the Quito Radio Club celebrating 86 years!! For those that work him, QSL direct via HC1QRC.
