[TVARC] Antenna help

Thank you George/K2DM, and John/NP2B for the help.

The antenna is working fine now. 

Will probably still need to trim it a bit on 75, and 160, but now I have the
room to play with it.

Working good enough for the contest.

I even worked Pete/K2PS on 15m.
