[TVARC] 13 Colonies - Resent Since 1st Posting Apparently Lost or Horribly Delayed

Hi,

Sorry, if you already received a copy of this but since my earlier posting
doesn't appear in the Maillist's Archives for July, it was either lost of
hopelessly delayed; so, I am re-sending it in this e-mail

The "13 Colonies" Special Event has started on the HF ham bands.  This
special event's duration is as follows:

This Years Event Dates:
  ET: July 1 (9AM EST) to July 6th (Midnight EST)
  Z:  (July 1, 2017-1300 UTC to July 7, 2017-0400 UTC).
