Hey Bruce,

I don't have any problem with a change of time or location.  Whatever works
for the new board.  Can we bring beverages with us?  Not a deal breaker
either way.

Please remember that the election is held at the February meeting (if I
remember correctly).  Therefore, I think it would be wise for us to attend
the last meeting of the current board (Feb. 1st) so that there is some
continuity.

I look forward to working with you during the coming year.
