[TVARC] Wanted: PC laptop

Hi,
Planning on running some experiments and would like to get my hands on a cheap (no - inexpensive sounds better), PC laptop.
Planning on running some experiments. I will likely need one capable of supporting Windows 7, 8 or 10 - preferably 8 or 10.
Ram and Memory storage not too important and size not too important since I will likely use an external monitor and keyboard.
