[TVARC] ARRL 10 mtr test

To echo what I've read here lately, the band was awful this weekend. At one point I tuned from 28.0 up tp 28.1 mHz and heard nothing (but QRN). Didn't spend much time on the air, made 5 Q's, 2 in Sumter Co. and 3 in Lake!  Kinda reminded me of CW and low-power AM capabilities on 2 meters when I was a novice! I did hear one Brazilian station calling. He was probably running some good power into a nice beam. Still barely moved my S-meter and his zero-beat frequency was moving as much as 1/2 kHz between calls. I tried calling twice, then said "forget it" and went to find something else to kill time on.
