Dennis,
Many, many thanks for the intro to WSJT-X. Due to personal issues, I was not able to follow up on your presentation until yesterday.
I downloaded the software, installed it on the MAC (yes - MAC), interfaced it with the ICOM IC-7300, got it all working and stayed on JT65 on 40M until about midnight last night. Today, I am using both JT9 and JT65. 
Obviously, I am really enjoying it. Many, many contacts around the country and around the world.
Thanks for introducing me to WSJT-X. When I get the chance, I will download the beta version and try FT8. Apparently, it is only available with the new beta version.
