[TVARC] afci + antenna

Folks,

For years we have been fibbling with the AFCI (arc fault circuit
interrupter) issue. In this months QST, on page 32, is an article written
by Mike Gruber, W1MG, the fellow I have been working with at the League for
years. He has presented the AFCI issue, in QST, which should *finally*
answer everyone's questions about them.
