[TVARC] Good Job Pete

I guess I’d say that you can listen to a station with high CW speed many times until you’re sure you’ve got it right. Then call him at whatever speed you want to set your keyer at since the exchange is the same each time. I think the exercise couldn’t hurt your growing CW speed either.

As far as the outside The Villages crowd, you’ve got the ARRL WAS and DXCC. We just wanted to encourage operating on HF from here, but I understand that other club members would want to be involved.

And no contest contacts? You want me to actually sit and chat with 50 people? That might be enjoyable, but I’m too busy golfing and pickleballing and all the other good stuff The Villages has to offer!

Nice work during the contest. CW speeds just a little too fast for me!! Back a few years I could have done it.
I would also like to suggest we help our club president remember our club website!! I almost broke in to help him last night. He knows what I am talking about!!!
As to Club WAS, maybe we need another special category - WAS with no contest contacts!! Might even the playing field with Pete!!😜
Have a nice weekend everyone.
