[Tube-Swap] Identify this tube

this ceramic tube in mounted inside a cylinder about 3 inches long.
coaxial type.It is a triode as far as I csn see. Heater draws about 1.2A
at 6v.The assembly is marked MFR 70117  ASSY. 4678 and
516D563-1. Tube itself says WBG 0003 11A ,but no such a tube by Googling.
