[Tube-Swap] Wanted: NOS 6146B's

I'm looking for real NOS 6146Bs, preferably  in original cartons, preferably 
Toshibas, but others  would do, as back ups to my rigs.  

At this point Im not interested in good used tubes.   

In the past, on eBay,  some have sent obviously used  tubes as NOS -  tubes 
with  heat indications on the glass and inside, plus corroded/scratched  top 
caps and pins,  people who should know better.

Please give tube condition, number of tubes, whether  matched, ( ie. 2- 
NOS-in original carton-matched pair),  mfr ( Toshiba ), price, shipping cost, 
and source you obtained them from.
