[TrunkCom] possible new trunked system in Detroit?

Hi everyone.  I was at Children's Hospital earlier today, and heard what I
think may be a technician testing out a portable in the cafeteria as I was
eating.  Their current UHF license appears to be expired, and I am just
wondering if anyone has heard anything in regards to it being renewed or if
they are either moving onto the new Detroit TRS or possibly getting their
own TRS for all of the hospitals down there?  If they wanted to add more
services from the medical center channel loading wouldn't be a problem but I
don't know.
