[TrunkCom] explanation of Fleet Maps and finding size codes?

   Hi all; I'm in the midst of writing a FAQ for the now-ancient BC895 and 
someone asked me if I could include a link for explaining how to 
find/create fleet maps (or create new ones using size codes); except for 
the link I found on Radioreference,  are there any other real clear 
explanations?  Since some folks reading the FAQ might be beginners, it 
kinda needs to be written with that in mind.
