[TrunkCom] Offset Setting Information

The control channel transmits commands that say "go to channel XXX for =
talkgroup A". The radio needs to compute frequency from channel number: =
 Freq =3D Base + (XXX minus Offset) * Spacing

The offset is there because the base frequency isn't on channel zero, =
it's some channel number in the hundreds. Normally, systems use a =
default value for offset, but sometimes they have two or three offsets, =
each offset going with a range of channel numbers.

If you know only the frequencies, then it's trial and error. If you =
have Trunker, it will show the channel numbers in hex, and you can get =
the base and spacing from any two channel/frequency pairs (assume =
offset=3D380 to start).

Is there some mathematical solution to determining the=20

BASE
OFFSET
SPACING

I am not sure where the Base comes from
The offset seems obvious
Then the Spacing how is this determined ?
