[TrunkCom] Looking for Info for Frederick/Montgomery Md. fire

I am looking for some info for Frederick Co. and Montgomery Co. Maryland
fire ID.  Both counties are on 800 with Montgomery County being digital
encrypted.  When Frederick Co units respond into Montgomery, they are told
to switch to "FDMA 1".  Is this FMDA1 a Montgomery County ID code and if so
what is it?  I see on the list of Frederick Co. frequencies & ID there are 7
frequiences that are "cogmars mutual aid

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
