[TrunkCom] identifying pro-voice talk groups and finding equipment that will allow monitoring pro-voice

Hi everyone.  I have been just wondering about monitoring and obtaining talk
group information for Pro-voice talk groups.  I do know that there is no
scanner available that will let you monitor the actual coms, but when trying
to monitor to see if my 250D will stop on a digital pro-voice group it
doesn't seem to at all.  Also, what current M/Acomm radios will monitor
Pro-voice, and how easy are they to find?  Any information would be great,
