[TrunkCom] updates to STL MO

Greetings all,
      I'm having some upload problems with web1000.com.  So my latest
data is uploaded only on my mirror site:

I updated two webpages:

I also updated www.trunkedradio.net for Missouri.
I made a brief trip to St Charles, Missouri today to
catch briefly the St Charles P-25 APCO-25 
3600-baud Trunk System.  Good results.  Good
signals across western & Central St Louis County 
too.  Good along I-270 down to Manchester Rd.

Finally, Receiving the Ladue, Missouri PD on 
453.500Mhz P-25 APCO-25.  Using ASTRO
radios,but *NOT* VSELP (as previously reported)
Its a P-25 conventional system.  My PRO-96 
Trunktracker is parked on it.  Receiving it well
with the DSP AGC turned 'OFF'.

I really like this PRO-96.
