[TrunkCom] Great Lakes Area Band Opening in Progress

Hi Everyone:


I am currently hearing the Cleveland TRS here in Ann Arbor at S-9 +10 
and I also hearing a very "weird" data channel on 866.5625 and 868.2125 
MHz, anyone else hearing this?
