[TrunkCom] Little Rock, Arkansas TRS

Good morning all.  As it turns out I will not be in Portland after all.  I
have decided to take a change in programs here at the school I am at in
Little Rock, and will be down here longer, for at least a few months.
	I've been seeing quite a few updates on trunkedradio.net
concerning the Little Rock Public Safetysystem, and this last one shows it
as being a type IIi system, and all other information I have seen has
shown this as being type II.  Does anyone have more information on this
system, and also when will Little Rock and the state be moving to digital?
