[TrunkCom] BC296 on Hamilton County

I'll save Tom the necessity to answer this one.  On the unit we had, which was 
basically the BC250D with the 296D firmware --we tried to make an adjustment 
with no success.  So, I guess at this point the answer is we don't know.
