[TrunkCom] Howard Co., Maryland trunk system (1st time posting)

Howard County, Maryland is listed as a Moneyrola APCO-25 3600 baud 
system so you won't be able to track it with a 245, you will need at 
least a 250 or better yet the new Pro-96.
