[TrunkCom] update and a question

Hi everyone.  I just wanted to see how everyone is doing here on the list,
and to tell you all that at 3:00 this afternoon I have a job interview with
the Arkansas State Police for a dispatcher position.  I am nervous, but
think I am ready, and hopefully it will be a good birthday gift as today is
my birthday.
    The question I have is concerning adaptations of dispatch terminals for
someone who is visually impaired.  Does anyone know if this has been done
with the Motorola dispatch terminals and how well has it worked?  I have
some ideas, but wouldn't  like to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to
