[TrunkCom] Minor change to the STL MO online Trunk scanner

Greetings All,
       To those that monitor the St Louis City Police TRS online
scanner of South Patrol.  A minor change to it, that will last for
today's date only.  Due to the extreme Dangerous Tornado 
Outbreak that is likely to occur this afternoon in Missouri,
I have added in the St Louis SKYWARN Repeater:  146.940
This is the primary frequency for Storm Spotters.  

This is a one-day change.  The threat to Missouri is very high
today.  The South Patrol Talkgroups will still be heard today,
but 146.940 hass been added into the 'SCAN' mode.
