V/UHF Moto radios use blocks of spectrum called ranges. These have a
starting frequency (the lowest freq) called the base. The frequency
then increments based on what the spacing is. When using multiple
ranges you are using blocks of spectrum which are non-continuous. You
need to know where the first range ends so that you can determine the
total number of frequencies in that range. You then subtract that from
380. In addition you have a base and spacing for this range also. If
you have a third range you just repeat. The number of channels left
over after range 1 and 2 are set is the total number of channels for
the third range.

Since you don't know the TX information you don't have any reason to
enter it in. Leave it alone until you know what you're doing.
