Good afternoon everyone.  I am writing to the group now from Little Rock,
Arkansas.  I currently am at Lions World Services for the blind, and have
been excepted into a program that will train me to work for the IRS. After
I finish here I will be moving on to Portland, Oregon, so I am looking for
any scanner frequencies or talkgroups or updated information for that
area.
As far as monitoring is concerned down here I haven't had a problem with
the local and state systems, but I have been hearing a federal system of
some kind that is Astro 3600 and most of the coms are encrypted.  Does
anyone know what system this would be?
