[TrunkCom] New Radio Shack scanner FCC report

Greetings All,
     All right GRE.  This looks like its going to be a winner.  I noticed
on page 19 of the owner's manual it mentions 'CLOSED MODE'.  
Certainly its a 'GRE' model.  I noticed one mode missing, 'LTR'.
Despite this, it certainly looks liike a good one.
