There's no status bit toggle for the 895. It started with the 245.

To listen to Type II talkgroups in Type I mode so you receive them regardless 
of + whatever set the block to S-1. You can either set all 8 blocks to S-1 or 
determine which block the TG falls within and set it specifically.

Browse to http://tricari.home.attbi.com/protocols.html for the table and make 
sure to read Note 2 if you decide to setup specific blocks for S-1.
