[TrunkCom] Railfans Welcome! Database has been updated

The Railfans Welcome! Database at http://home.woh.rr.com/n8oay has been updated with 
36 new Railfan-Friendly train watching locations. The Database now includes 137 
locations in 23 states and the District of Columbia. I have also made a few 
corrections and added many new frequencies to the Railscan database.

I appreciate all suggestions for additions and corrections to this web site.
Most of these updates to this list came from suggestions received by email from 
people who have visited the web site.
