[TrunkCom] 460 MHz EDACS aaalogue or Apco-25?

Hi everyone.  I have been seeing some posts that Lansing, Michigan and
Ingham County are looking at going to a UHF trunked system.  For months
when it has been posted I have been hearing that they were looking at
doing something that is APCO-25 digital, and now today I learn that thy
are leaning towards an EDACS UHF system.  This system would be in alalogue
mode, and I am wondering are other agencies doing this with EDACS, and is
M/Acomm announced anything about manufacturing anything that will work in
Apco-25 modulation?
