What type of Motorola Statewide T.R.S. does Ohio have:  Message trunking
or Transmission trunking?  Also, does anybody know as to when the system
might be upgraded to 9.6K?

It is my understanding that the OHIO, MICHIGAN, and INDIANA  Statewide
T.R.S.s are somehow gonna be linked together.  Will this just work along
the border counties or will everybody be able to hear everything?
