[TrunkCom] 250d power requirements tests

This was using the the included "wallwart" ps, it is not regulated. 
Static (no load) voltage is 16.9 vdc. Should at/near 12vdc when loaded 
to 500ma.
 I did not do any voltage tests at the same time to see what they would 
be @ per given ma output.So the results may not be perfect. I used the 
included supply just to keep it simple as I'm sure it is what nearly all 
will be using to power/charge theirs.
It wouldhowever, be interesting to see how much difference there would 
be if a reg. "12vt" (not13.8) supply was used. I wouldn't think there 
would be much though
