[TrunkCom] Charging the BC250D

I remember seeing some early concerns about the heat being generated while
charging the battery in the BC250D.  I got my first personal look at the
BC250D today, and immediately noticed that the wall wart's output is 500 ma
compared to the 200 ma wall warts that came with the 235 & 245.

I have not done the math yet, but I would think using the lower output 235
or 245 wall wart would produce less heat, but it would come at the expense
of requiring more time to charge.  Probably somewhere around 24 hours like
the recommended time for the Lee Electronics 1600 & 1700 ma batteries.
