[TrunkCom] Uniden 250 Early Comments

Guys - I've got to tell you, I have never in my life had so many private, as
well as public, messages from people commenting on things they have not seen
or experienced themselves, as well as telling me all about the design
consideration trade-offs that Uniden made, how the Uniden manufacturing
process in the Far-East works, etc., etc, etc..  I even had a message from
someone asking how the squelch control circuit works on the radio since they
removed the squelch control (which they did not)!!!

I apologize for posting this publicly Shawn, but where do you get off with
this ??

I can tell you from first hand experience, working with the 250D since
Friday morning, that you cannot do it with the program that was supplied!  

Were you successful doing it??

I think they just made a cheap program to speed things up with text.  You
