The software will allow you to load scanner data from the computer program,
that is included with the scanner, into the scanner.  It will not allow you
to read the data that you may have already programmed into the scanner, back
into your computer and the computer program that is included with the
scanner.  In short, you cannot do all the programming via your computer,
which is the very reason you would use software to begin with.

Read the scanner?  Only load DATA to the radio?  What does that mean?
