[TrunkCom] Arkansas system information

Hi everyone.  There is a possibility that  I may be headed to Arkansas in
a couple of months for some training and/or an evaluation of some kind.
If I were to go I would be in Little Rock, and was just wondering if
anyone had any frequency information for that area either trunked or
conventional?  I know that the Little Rock PD and FD are on a trunked
system, an from what  I have read on trunkedradio.net it is analogue, but
is the state system going to be digital in the next couple of months, and
what else is down there to monitor?
