[TrunkCom] EDACS & 900 Megacycles

It seems as if I ain't the only one getting the E.D.A.C.S. tones after a
transmission on 900 Megacycles.  I thought that the trunking radio
scanenrs were supposed to eliminate those tones.  I do NOT hear anything
but maybe the first 1/10 of a second of a tone on 800.  It is so fast,
you barely notice it.  Same thing on 400.  It is only apparent on the
Transit 900 T.R.S..
That is the only 900 E.D.A.C.S. T.R.S. that I am awware of in the
Cleveland area all others are either Motorola or L.T.R.
