The Pro-92 (handheld) and Pro-2067 (mobile) from Radio Shack, and the
BC-780/785 (mobiles) and BC-250 (handheld) from Uniden, do LTR. I've
found the Pro-92/2067 to be the best for LTR monitoring; unfortunately
they're no longer available new and command a premium price used. I
already have a Pro-92, lucked out and found a Pro-2067 at the local
hamfest from the Radio Shack warehouse store for $20 (no, that's not a
typo) that works fine but needs a few minor physical repairs.
