[TrunkCom] strange happenings with Michigan State Police digital trunked system

Hi everyone.  I have noticed something strange when listening to the
Michigan State Police in conventional mode.  This morning and other
mornings and evenings around the same time I think it is the department of
corrections that is calling unit no. 3510 and they are providing radio
checks.  It has only been a few times that I have heard one facility give
its name and call another facility, and it seems to me that these
facilities are way up in the U.P., and I guess that I am surprised to her
these users on the Detroit and southeast Michigan sites for the MPSCS.
Tomorrow I will be traveling to Saginaw and will be listening to the
extent that I can up there, but I am just wondering who 3510 is, and where
they are located in terms of what site on the system?
